Nice people work here. Hours are very limited by closing at 6pm. Online banking is easy to use.

Went in to open a checking account Cause I already had a savings account with TD so the lady was getting my card ready and then she said that TD wanted to cut ties with me I asked why and she said something to do with fraud I was in shock cause thats VERY SERIOUS accusations so I called the fraud department when I was there and they couldnt give me a straight answer and I couldnt even get into my app for TD and it seemed like they had no idea what they were doing I work a lot and put a lot of money in my TD bank account through out the time I had TD so this was the most unpleasant experience I ever had with a bank and very unprofessional the staff was as she couldnt give me an explanation as to why TD wanted to cut ties with me not a very good bank

AWFUL experience. I opened a business account with this branch. Upon opening the account, I was directed by a TD Bank employee that I must maintain an undisclosed amount of $ in my account in order to avoid maintenance fees. I abided by the same employee's instructions for several months. TD Banks charged me maintenance fees and advised that I did not have the sufficient funds in the account. I informed the TD Bank staff that I was specifically advised by their employee to keep "X" amount in my business checking account. Furthermore, I learned that the employee whom helped me activate my business checking account, was no longer employed by TD Bank in Marmora.. Nonetheless, TD Bank did not refund me for the maintenance fees and blamed me for not bringing this issue to their attention sooner. Awful management and awful customer service which ultimately cost me $$.

Great experience opening an account for my son today. First, Pat the teller who gave us a warm welcome when we entered and informed us of available options for his banking needs. She handed us over to Shelly who took care of setting up his account and answering every question we had. Very polite, and informative. Overall enjoyable experience.
