HORRIBLE experience due to manager Steve. He blatantly lies (I have proof) and he doesnt even have the courtesy to give me a call back. Can someone above him (regional or district manager) please respond with their contact information so I can explain how unprofessional and rude he was in the interaction?

Joe, Mike, and Steve are fantastic. They were empathetic, caring, and efficient. The experience was easy and care-free. Being kind goes a long way and I think we need more of it. Thankfully, enterprise is full of it.
