        I had to rent a car for approx 3 weeks while mine was in the shop. Was given a clean, practically mew car, fast service, and when I experienced a problem someone came to my house within 10 minutes to resolve the issue. Highly recommend!

        In the past few months, I rented twice from this branch. Both times were frustrating and unpleasant. The first rental was A6 which had an engine coolant warning issues during the entire duration of the rental. Because they gave me the car with engine turned on, I did not know of this warning until the next day when I started the engine. The second rental was a Rogue suv that came with a low key battery. It took many tries to turn off and on the engine because the car was unable to detect the key. Both of my experiences were frustrating as a result and I hope they do some basic maintenance of the cars to ensure safety and comfort. Follow up---As you requested, I've emailed my rental agreements for your reference. Please make sure proper maintenance is done to ensure safety and comfort before the cars are rented out.
