Kyle at the Bennetts Mills location made this process such a breeze. I was panicking when my own car wasnt going to be on the road in time for me to start my new job and not only was this process quick, it was shockingly painless. My first time ever renting a car and if I ever need to again, Ill know where to go. Kyle was informative, helpful and got me in a car and on my way quickly and efficiently. The drop off process was just as positive of an experience.

My first rental with this location was awful. I called to make the reservation and spoke with a member of the Enterprise team. They were able to secure my reservation of a small compact car almost immediately. I was impressed with the ease of the process. A few hours later, I received a call to confirm my reservation and was informed I needed to provide a copy of a utility bill to rent a car, a major piece of information left out when I made the reservation. I explained to the clerk multiple times that I lived with my parents and do not have utilities in my name. He informed me I would not be able to rent from them. Eventually, he spoke with a manager who said I could provide a valid car insurance bill with my current address. At that point, I was happy and expected things to run smoothly at check in. I was sadly mistaken.
I arrived a bit early and enterprise informed me they did not have a small car available. My choices were a Kia Soul or a Hyundai Sonata for an extra $4/day. I chose the Soul since money is always a concern although it is a subcompact SUV . I explained I drive 40 miles to work so it was imperative I had a fuel efficient car. I received a survey from Enterprise and immediately received a call to discuss all my concerns. their solution was I could return the car with an empty tank of gas rather than 3/4 full as per my rental agreement. They also stated wed discuss further since I was at work and didnt have time to go into detail. I have yet to hear back from the company.
I ended up having to rent from this location a second time the following week. Once again, I rented a small car and received a Dodge Charger. Although its still a sedan, its not small or compact. Again, they gave me a gas guzzler and this time, I had to fill the tank upon return as per the rental agreement. I have tried to contact this company more than once without success.
