The UPS Store

dont even think the guy worked here but he said they do not get request from the website and i had to email the store the document then said he doesn't have access to the email so i couldn't get my document i paid for.

Location no longer exists, or at least no longer exists within the Nugget. Went by to get some packages mailed off, this UPS location is no longer where Maps states it is. There is no UPS location within the Nugget casino; once inside the casino you're consistently redirected to different corners of the property, the store is no longer there. I attempted to call them and the number is no longer in service. I contacted an alternate number I found for this location, it went to someone's personal cell phone whose mailbox was full. I generally ship with UPS because I've had good experiences in the past but this is exceptionally bad service by UPS, they need to remove this listing so more people don't waste hours like I did.

After I received devastating news earlier today my husband, Guy and myself took an Amazon return to this UPS. Behind the counter is a young man. I ask his name it is Dimitri. In the 2o minutes of trying to pull my info from Amazon off my phone this young man completely changed the complexion of my day. I was Smiling, Laughing, Feeling Good Again. This young man, besides being damn Professional and Helpful was Absolutely Charming. Was Such a Fantastic Experience I Will ONLY Do All My Amazon Services at this Store. Thank You Dimitri, you are what Customer Service is All About.

Warning!! If you try to send a package at the UPS store you will be waiting for a very long time!! The employees do not care about you, they take their precious time nice and slow while long lines of people form. Eventually people leave because they get tired of waiting. This has happened to me multiple times. But I am FORCED to wait because Amazon only allows me to return packages here.
