I had my 1st appointment with Dr Soard the other day and so pleased. He started the appointment by getting to know me and finding out what my main goals are. That meant the world to me. He was thorough and is conservative with treatment. No bullying into unnecessary work but did his due diligence in making sure things are okay and letting me know what his recommendations were. The assistant Jesse was so sweet and professional and made me feel like a person not a number. The dental hygienist, Autumn had a cancelation so she cleaned my teeth that day instead of making me come back. She was also amazing. Super gentle and I felt like I was talking with a friend the whole time. The front desk was also fantastic. Super nice and helpful and were the reason autumn was able to take me. They noticed her cancelation and asked to have her do my cleaning. Im so ecstatic to be back with a great dentist. I spent my time at the chop shop Absolute Dental since I moved here and spent a ton of money on unnecessary procedures that only need to be done again. Overall, it is as a great experience and I highly recommend this office.
