Absolute Dental - Aliante

The billing service is horrible! Cant get hold anyone and any information. So, just pay whatever they charge and no questions are allowed to ask?! If dont want anyone to contact them, why provide the contact phone number and email? Were very happy and frustrated! They shouldnt stay in business .

Recently got a bill through the mail claiming I owe $95. I thought I had paid off everything I owed on my latest appointment. I tried to contact Absolute Dental via phone and they couldnt get me to the billing department so I could figure out the charge. I also attempted to email them but was hit with an automatic message blocked. Only way I figured I owed anything was double checking through my insurance. I think you guys have very poor communication when it comes to billing. Especially when the billing is not very clear as to why or what I owe. Unnecessarily stressful and I will be looking forward a different dental office asap.

I called this office to see if I could go to check my son because his braces bother him and they told me yes and when we arrived they told they couldnt check him. All the time is the same thing when we called they say something and when we are there they did not do the same they say on the phone. They are horrible

Coming to Nevada needing immediate dental care is no joke . I was so skeptical of this place ( or any place) for the matter. Anxiety through the roof. So after countless calls my journey ended here. So I wanted to give a Big shout out to the amazing team @ Absolute Dental! The oral surgeon's & staff is awesome. The person that sold me was Jackie! When I say understanding, knowledgeable, warm spirit, helpful etc. (I truly mean that) I guess she was the highlight of my visit it was at the end, the part everyone dreads the most. How much? . The whole staff is very amazing.

They cancelled my appointments back to back due to their scheduling error and didnt accommodate. They also billed me for sealants I didnt approve because its a temporary fix and would rather wait for a fill whenever they could of scheduled that. We also have double insurance, in addition to that I request a cease and desist to the agent that called me and she advised she could not do that I asked for her name and she said she replied no and hung up.
