It's fine. Kinda meh, but I got what I needed done, a deep cleaning which was the usual experience..the front desk people must be bored because they sure like talking about their customers... EHEMMMAre my medical issues and prescriptions really any of your business? At least the dentist got my plaque out so yippee.

If i can give them zero stars I would! Staff is so incompetent and unorganized. At my visit, they did X-rays and told me I needed 4 cavity fills and wisdom tooth extraction. A week later 1 of my teeth cracked and had me In excruciating pain. Because they are out of network with my insurance company, They had to send over a pre-authorization form before they can do anything which is totally understandable . The problem is THEY NEVER SENT IT! I called their office 3 different times wondering what was taking so long. The last call I made was July 24th 2018 and they said they would send another that day. Still not sent. I went through weeks of pain waiting on them and no response. Needless to say I am PISSED! I am very unhappy with "Happy" Dental. Shut it down!

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. AT ALL PLEASE 3/21/2024. READ THE REVIEWS My Doctor's appointment was at 9 AM. I walked into the building. At 8:47. I was seen by the Doctor at 930 I was injected with numbness to pull my Teeth out and by 1041 I. Decided to walk out the building. Because I still wasn't seen. I was able to transfer all my medical records to a different Dentist, as I sat, they're waiting for their dentist to abstract 5 teeth DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. So un professional. Doctor walked into the room. Didn't even tell me his name. I had to ask for that and so I will definitely not be going back.

Dr Dang is a perfectionist. His dental techs are great. They make me feel comfortable and laugh. The office staff are super friendly and helpful. Love this place

I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD ,FIND ANOTHER DENTIST YOU MAY HAVE MORE PROBLEMS LEAVING THEN WHEN YOU CAME IN TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
