Terribly rude and unprofessional people trying to scam Medicaid. I called for an appointment for a cleaning I get here and they say the only do exams. So basically they just booked any appointment as an excuse to charge someones insurance knowing that was not what I came for. Instead of being honest and clear about the fact that there is a fee associated with the cleaning service I requested. Total waste of time dealing with unprofessional idiots and then the overweight miserable receptionist had the nerve to admit that she negated intentionally. Definitely will be reporting to Medicaid.
