Do not recommend. Left 2 voicemails 48 hrs ago about my unit. I left a message advising that I wanted to talk about possible refund on 3/09 as my unit was just about emptied out except for some items, didnt hear back until getting a voicemail to just call Dale back is all it says on 3/11. So later the same evening, I went back to do a final clean out. Someone went through my items and picked out what they wanted, even tidied up the stuff that was worthless to them. Only logical professional resolution will be to give me my containers and boxes back that were stolen as no one notified me that they were accessing my unit and closing my account prior to doing so.

Things have gotten a bit out of hand recently with the new management after lucy left. I understand change etc however the new manager Dale I believe his name is is rude with no people skills. He has neglected to take or return my calls. Has yet to correct my current info if the business computer system. Who ever does the hiring and firing for the company should really go over on how Dale treats customers and current tenants. Being verbally abusive on the phone is just ridiculous and unprofessional showing how child like he is. Dale is now the face of your company and it sure is an ugly one. Good luck

They were great, I had no problems with my boat being there for 8 months. It's right next to the 215 for easy access, two gas stations right on the corner.

Great prices . Overall appearance is kept up. Has 24 hour surveillance throughout property. All foot traffic is logged by pin pad upon entrance . Storage is kept at a cool temperature at all times. Ive seen several cars and trailers parked so Im assuming you can rent a spot for those to remain on property. Overall quiet place . I rarely see other people the times Ive been there. Call and ask for pricing. Owner is very responsive and fair.
