      image I felt like a criminal. For the 1st time I went there and my id and credit card wasn't enough. The lady took photos of me photos of my id photos of the calls made to my husband. All these photos were taken with a cell phone. Not sure if it was hers or the company's. It was really overkill. I have been at this location quite a few times before and never had this happen to me before. I've never kept or stolen any of uhaul property I've always returned on time and I was made to feel like a criminal. Uhaul has been around for many years why start doing this now. I can rent a car with much less scrutiny.
