I received a call from U-Haul at 8:56 am. My reservation was for 9 am at a location just a few miles away from my home. They said that location does not have the vehicle I reserved and I would have to go to the Enterprise location which is much further away. Mind you they charge $1.09 per mile. So, I went to the farther location after a last minute change of location on their part even though I had a reservation.
At the time of pickup of the truck I was told it had almost no gas in it so a $22.50 fuel credit was applied and was told to bring it back with the same amount of fuel. I put a total of 22 miles on the vehicle and was told the vehicle gets 19 mpg. Upon completion of my use I put four gallons of gas into the car and the fuel gauge hardly moved at all. So, I put in the truck almost THREE MORE GALLONS OF GAS then consumed. In any case, I got a receipt from the gas station as proof in case there was an issue. I returned the vehicle and the clerk forgot to include my $22.50 gas credit. When I spoke to the owner Tony Flores he made several excuses why I wouldnt get a gas credit like its hard to know how much gas is in it bc the gas gauge is low. I tried to show him the receipt from the gas station minutes earlier. He refused to even look at it. I will never use U-Haul again.They should never promise a credit and then take it away when a customer does everything asked of them.

Nothing the crew at this location has been so great for about 15 years or more now and you see the same faces so you know theyre well taken care of and thats how theyre able to take care of us customers thank you, Tony, Dan, Talena, Erin, Arick and Peter

Been using this location since 2016 employees are very courteous and patient with explaining the process. I always Reserve my truck at this location on Las Vegas Blvd. I would definitely let everyone know about this location.
