        Megan was absolutely amazing! She was super helpful and outstanding customer service. Unfortunately this entire place is infested with rats and mice. I told Megan and she kindly showed me 3 other units to pick from, however each of them had rat feces scattered throughout. We decided to find somewhere else to store our things before we put anything in the units. When I called in, Craig apologized and was super kind. He got me taken care of. We ended up going to my self storage space just down the street. It is brand new and extremely clean and best of all absolutely no rats!
