Update to reply: when I called and explained about my cat and she said "we don't do that anymore." Which implies that you did. She actually said that you don't do Cremations anymore. So..... The woman who answers the phone was nice but despite the name, Simple Cremation no longer offers pet Cremation services.

Heather and Crystal were wonderful to work and communicate with. Heather made setting up arrangements via phone very easy and comforting for me, as I am out of state. Crystal communicated with me every step of the way.. from the day my brother passed to the day his ashes were delivered to me in Ohio. I received follow up calls from both on the death certificate delivery. I highly recommend simple cremation for your loved one. Heather and Crystal..
