King David Memorial Chapel & King David Cemetery

Weeds, dead grass, open wasteland. No respect for the dead or their families who paid for their loved ones' interment.

Apparently my review eventually went unaddressed and does not concern King David Memorial, but the place my review was directed too is somehow connected with the Dignity memorial name brand and is actually " Funeraria Del Angel Tinkler " in Fresno, Ca. They provided a horrible service that left our family very upset n to this day unsatisfied with their service, this after twenty plus yrs of utilizing their services. The service itself was adequate. However, certain staff, primarily Veronica Gomez and Juan Morales, were very disrespectful and short with the family as if they had a bone to pick. Aside from technical difficulties with their sound equipment all was well until the funeral procession or lack there of, while being dismissed from the services we were told that we would be leaving and instructed to head to our vehicals to which we asked Juan Morales if they would hold up to give us a chance to line up, to which he immediately responded very short and frustrated, yes, however, as we soon found out they had taken off as soon as we headed to our vehicals and no procession ever occurred. Like bats out of hell, they disregarded most if not all of us and were at the grave site before most of us. When brought to their attention, Juan and Veronica off handedly disregarded our complaint, and when brought to their attention on a later date, they said there was nothing they could do. Along with that, they did not provide the death certificates that were paid for, which should have been six of them. Only one was provided. Horrible individuals and never again! Apparently, you can't leave reviews on their website, so this was the only place one could be left! After my first response I was contacted by an administrator to King David Memorial who understood our and my concerns and said he would have the director of Funeraria Del Angel Tinkler contact me to address this matter, I'm still waiting for that to happen, been weeks now and nothing. Never addressed issues. They are horrible! And still SUCK!!!

I met with Leah Elliot. She Listened to my needs (my husband died a few years back & I wanted to permanently inter his remains). She was thoughtful, informative & knowledgeable regarding my needs. After a meeting & tour of my options, I purchased an appropriate place for him & left elated. Wonderful experience.

I really have to say if anything happens or anything said about the Jewish cultural is unacceptable but it can be said that only Jewish people can be cremated here. Which I find peculiar since my best friend is 100%mexican and is Catholic and is cremated and buried in this cemetery.. so now we lie at this place also. Sorry just to say something like that when somebody's going through hard times when I clearly know that you guys took the money to cremate and bury my Catholic Mexican friend you didn't say nothing about just Jewish . shame shame on you
