The two girls at this place Palm Eastern mortuary made me feel very welcome and took my mind off of the reason I was there was to make arrangements for my deceased husband they made me feel very welcome I never really met people that nice at a funeral home and I've made a lot of arrangements for my family as far I'm the only one left besides the children I birthedI would recommend going here two ladies Dallas and Jessica they were just so pleasantly comical and kept my mind at ease.

I am so glad that my husband had preplanned over 25 years ago. It seemed crazy at the time, but now that we were there to bury our daughter, I was so glad that we didn't have to start from scratch. Celena and Shannon and the entire staff were so very kind and helped us to think of things we wouldn't have thought of. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

In our time of grief, the wonderful staff at Palm made the experience beautiful and honored my loved one in the best way. From the beginning Shannon made the planning process easy and made sure our wishes were honored. At the day of the service, Boyzie was one of the most kind, compassionate people I have ever encountered. He is wonderful and made a difficult day a bit brighter. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. And lastly, picking up my loved one the following day was more than I could have wanted. The presentation was a quiet room with candles that was a beautiful honor to his memory. Thank you Brian for making that a good experience. Overall, you made a very challenging time a bit better and we could not thank you enough.
