With me in Florida when my son passed they were great. I had no idea what to do being so far away. Everything was handled for me. I received calls from them letting me know what was going on. I would recommend Palm Mortuary for anyone.

My Brother Ted Lamson passed away Sept. 22, 2019. am stll waiting for the globe with his ashes. I called in Dec. 2019 to ask where it was. I was told they were backed up and they would call when it came. as of today, 4-22-2020, I haave yet to receive a call. Not happy at all. After this post, I received a call saying the salesperson I dealt with had been let go. They gave me a small refund.

Loved my experience with Palm downtown. Elena helped me arrange everything so well. Accommodated everything accordingly. Day of the service and burial the 2 men that assisted on that day were great! Super helpful, ensured we were all ok and literally helped with anything to make sure we werent overwhelmed with anything and help to ease our loss a bit. Thank you all!
