My sister passed away unexpectedly. Billy was terrific. I live in New York and wasnt going to be in town long. Billy was caring, warm and understanding. He was able to meet all our needs in order to lay my sister to rest.

Mr. Sean Winn was very helpful with me thru the process regarding cremation and has well has the process of getting a death certificate.

Bill conspired with another Funeral Home and my own mother and accepted an altered birth certificate and fraudulent adoption papers about my son he then submitted that information to the Clark County coroner's office which allowed my own mother to hijack my son's body and do what she wished with it. He is rude and completely unacceptable for the position that he's in. I can only pray that his end of time is just as horrible as my sons was!!! Do yourself a favor and do not call these people. He is the most heartless and insensitive person I've ever had to displeasure of dealing with and he better hope I don't ever run across him in person.
