I would like to personally thank Stephanie, Scott, and Julie for their professionalism, patience, and helpfulness in not the best circumstances. They were all very helpful, had lots of input and we're very kind in helping me deal with my father's passing. They helped me through the whole procedure and we're very kind and considerate to me and my son. With the initial meeting, to picking out an urn, also with the death certificates and fingerprint jewelry that was personal, and came out absolutely beautiful. They never rushed me in my decisions and we're always helpful in any questions that I presented. This company and their employees were fabulous in every way, although it was a very tough situation to deal with, and to process my thoughts. They never in any way shape or form rushed me and we're always very polite and understanding. I highly recommend Vegas Valley Cremation to handle anyone's loved ones with the utmost dignity and respect. This company is definitely recommended by me and my family and I'm sure they will help anyone with making arrangements or dealing with the unexpected passing of a loved one. Definitely a company that I would recommend to family and friends and to anyone interested in doing business with the company that will definitely take care of all your needs and questions.

Upon my call, Janell, came across to me as an old friend that not just knew I lost my husband, but as if she knew and loved him too. She set me up with Stephanie, who was like a best friend and knew how to do what I really needed and listened to me with genuine interest, compassion, and care. Javier and Scott were so helpful and always there, even when I showed up unexpectedly, You cant find a better place to take your loved one. They take care of them and you. My husband, Steve, whom they cared for, my daughters and I, thank them deeply. They are truly blessed people who share their blessings with all.
