Would 100% recommend I knew nothing about the process I looked into several funeral homes, I cant tell you how many times they tried to scam me. Casa de Paz was a complete opposite Angel was transparent about everything specially prices. They have the most reasonable pricing. our situation was complex but he was patient and made sure everything was ready in a timely manner. Thank you for all you have done, you have no idea what it means specially during hard times.

Are beloved one Gabriel left us to soon we made calls everywhere and Fernando is very experierence with sending him home to Nicaragua. He made it went so smoothly professional. Wonderful staff, very welcoming during difficult time. Always there to answer every one of your questions or concerns. Always there when you need them the most. Marilynn sent me an email with arrangement conference reminder so I had all of the things I needed to give to the arranger. She was so sweet and compassionate, always patient even when I always called with questions. She not only was the first person I spoke to when my loved one died, but also there when it came time to pick him up at the hospital with her husband. They were both very kind and gentle through the whole process. she was there first thing in the morning to guide us to our arrangement conference. Ethan thank you so much for taking care of my dad with dignity and respect. I love that you and your wife helped my family and Im so glad we picked Casa De Paz. Thank you for giving us the extra time with him and not just leaving after he was loaded on the funeral cart. Fernando did everything to where I had no need to come in and bring more documentation or verification, he was very kind and always had everything in control. Very knowledgeable and knows what to do to get all of the paperwork in and out so we were able to get our feather certificate in such a timely manner. Thank you! Sergio was the gentleman who was helping with the process of getting my loved one ready for his services and was also there to take in the clothing when I brought it in to drop it off, he also called to inform me when my loved ones remains were ready to be picked up. Angel the artist for Angels Treasured Keepsakes had our order made very promptly and came out very beautiful. In the future if we want more keepsakes we are definitely going back to him. Thank you all for everything you have done, you all really help me and my family during this very difficult time, made us really feel like family here at Casa De Paz.
