Friendly staff, very accommodating and helpful. Yes, the occasional mistake is made, but that is to be expected in literally every industry out there (and most of the mistakes aren't done at the station, but at the distribution centers). I own a small business and prefer to use USPS and this particular station over any other carrier or station.

Our townhome developer decided to not pay for our post office boxes and therefore our mail has been kept from us going on 4 months. There is one woman at the PO (shorter stature, dark hair) that has been incredibly helpful to us!! Got the supervisor to call us right back so we can get our mail, and is holding it for us until we can keys from our developer. Shes very understanding and kind during this stressful time. Thank you!
