Second time in 5 months that my mail was on the wrong route. Tracking told me I had to pick it up from the office. The number to reach them does not work. I drove to the post office to pick up my package and was informed that it was not there- it was on the wrong route. I asked why it updated as ready for pick up and got a shrug. The facility is basically a large metal door in an unconditioned small area. You have to ring a bell and wait for someone to
Open the window attached to the door. I cant stand this post office. No accountability.
