Branden just helped me out today at noon on 4/6. Best post office experience ever, his demeanor made it not feel like your average post office. Brought a lot of good energy and made multiple couples smile and giggle. Handled a small minor concern very professionally and humanely. Also overheard him speaking to other costumers and you could tell hes extremely knowledgeable in his profession. Give this guy a raise or salary increase!!!

I was responded to quite rudely as I approached the customer counter asking about tax forms,instructions.The library was suggested to me,I explained I had gone there first, the only instructions were in a foreign language that I could not read. The reresentive began speaking to me in a very rude way. Very poor customer service...To heck with him.
