The staff here is so far very unhelpful and unknowledgeable. I've been waiting for over a week and a half for my lock to get changed because apparently when you move into a new place, they can't just give you a key. You have to put your mail on hold, have them come out and take the lock off, then *you* have to go out and buy a new lock and install it.
The guy who helped me today was also incredibly rude, and possibly not all there. He finished helping another customer, so I walked up to the window to get help. He told me I'd have to ring the bell and closed the door on me. I rang the bell, and he immediately opened it again and asked how he could help me. Why did I have to ring the bell again just for that? Then he proceeded to interrogate me on why I wasn't getting my mail at home and why I had to come pick it up at the post office, which is none of his business. Nevermind the fact that it's their fault I'm picking it up there as I'm still waiting on them.
