Great place to live. Done quickly not likely to need repaired again.

The Office staff are friendly, eager to help, experienced, open minded, and are honest. I had a problem with my mail key not working and immediately was looked at and fixed. Niya and Icy (my ESAs) Loves the dog park and her safe walks around the complex she gets excited to see other nice puppies, The neighbors most of them are very nice to my dogs in my experience. They both love it when people ask to say hello, the bike trail across the street and the church is very helpful in socialization training along with basic training and walking. My kids LOVE the friendly safe environment along with the playground and pool helps Soooo much when the weather outside isnt cold. Poo bag stations really helpful specially when Niya/Icy and I go on walks I buy my own bags but sometimes I accidentally forget them at home and instead of getting frustrated having to leave it go home grab a bag come right back you can take your pooch to a poo station grab a bag pick up the poop and theres a trash can for the poop connected to the station!!!! I've never seen this system at any place I've lived before. Maintenance is very quick to respond it's so nice not having one or two guys there's a lot of them there so nice and experienced. They do not judge you, they ask questions to help figure out the root problem. I have a newly renovated apartment all new appliances, my glass stove started to malfunction on one burner to where even on a low setting it burns food instantly and they let me know that they will fix it they need to order something and talk to the office to communicate what needs to be done. Having a hotline to call is a lot more helpful in my opinion after hours than Calling the police or animal control. I feel like it helps people that actually need it and it creates a lot less drama and static. I kinda am nervous about speeding cars im hoping we can add another poo bag station and another 10mph speed limit sign on this side if thats possible. Sometimes when i go across the street it will be clear then ill get to the other side for someone to come out of the houses and zoom through.... Scary for both me and the dogs and assuming other parents on this side... I encourage anyone that looks at these apartments to call the office about what they have available along with the priority list (has some amazing Benefits) it yes kinda was stressful as alot of people moved in right before, with me, and right after I got my apartment but, I promise if there are any problems that they will make it right and that highland view apartments is a community that will support you as long as you're good to them (as in a good tenant). Thank You guys all of you for doing your best to always provide a safe place that we love and enjoy, from the amenities, fast and effective maintenance, friendly helpful staff, having amazing neighbor's and we welcome future neighbors as we'll
