I guess I should've taken the free parking as a warning sign. I've lived here for 10 months and my car has gotten broken into twice while parked in their parking lot. They don't have cameras in the lot even though several cars get broken into here relatively often. The first time my car got broken into 3 other cars were broken into and this second time 4 others. No extra security was added as far as I know. As of now I'm out 500$ on window replacements alone, not to mention the stuff stolen out of my car. So if you're planning on living here don't plan on having a safe place to park your car and also save up to replace your windows.

One of the best managements I've seen and the location is so close to UNL campus. Jared from the management is really friendly and even helped me renew my lease for the same apartment even on a really tight availability.

Jared was great to work with. I reached out to see if we they would participate in our charity event collecting shoes for those in need. He was more than willing to help out. Prime Place is a great organization.
