Level at Village Gardens Apartments

What an amazing apartment search experience that ended with us choosing Level! We have been so supported by Haley, and all assistants. The building is brand new and thriving with various amenities. We are moving from out-of-state and have been made a priority throughout the entire process. The kindness, professionalism, and community is unmatched!

We were two of the first residents on the property and have had a great experience so far. Haley has been incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process of move-in and feedback as the property gets up and running. Our apartment is a perfect layout for what we needed with plenty of natural light through the massive windows as well as updated appliances. I love all the fun places to eat and hang out around the property, and our dog appreciates the dog park space in the middle of the community and the walking routes around the neighborhood. 10/10 would recommend if the location in south Lincoln works for you!

Very spacious, modern with great amenities. Location is ideal, it is constructed near various resturants, businesses, cafes, and shops all within walking distance. The Staff is excellent and exceptionally accommodating!

Great apartments in a great location with lots to do within walking distance of the complex! Spacious apartments with big windows offering plenty of natural light within my apartment. Great amenities as well as a great staff who always get back to me in a timely and professional manner. Dog park as well as party room are added bonuses.

My husband and I love living here! The community of people are really kind and it is just an overall beautiful building. The color scheme in each unit is very modern and sleek with big windows and updated appliances. They also do fun resident appreciation gestures like bringing in a free coffee truck on occasion and keeping a beverage area stocked in the main lobby. We toured a lot of apartment buildings, but as soon as we saw Level, it was a no brainer!
