        We lived at the Flats at 84th for 4 years. Even though we have only been gone for less than two weeks, we already miss the place. The facilities were clean, the staff friendly and competent. Any issues that came up with the apartment...washing machine or dishwasher failing...were dealt with immediately to satisfaction. I would recommend the Flats at 84th to anyone looking for a well located home. Compared to the cost of purchasing a home, it was worth every penny saved.
