Gate Park Apartments

Moved to Gatepark in 2021, and at first, it was a comfy apartment for what we needed. In 2022 is when it started going downhill. The washer/dryers were always broken in our building, so we had to have our clothing washed at a local laundry. Then there was the black mold growing in our bathrooms and toilets. Then we found 2 German cockroaches crawling out of the ac vents. Then, the water dropping out of the ceiling in the 2nd bedroom. Next was the neighbors. College kids blasting music so loud our walls were shaking. Stomping. Parties at 2am. The constant smell of weed. Screaming and arguing so loud we could hear the conversation. It was a nightmare for 2 years until we finally moved. The only good thing was the staff who were usually pretty kind.

Gate Park is thee best apartment complex Ive ever stayed at and Ive been at quite a few around Lincoln the office ladies are some of the coolest women youll ever meet they listen and help with any problems, the new updated apartments for only $780 is a massive win for anyone they did a wonderful job on these builds the carpet is the softest! I would recommend anyone to stay here Im glad I found a home here!
