Most everything is great - parking is a problem with some cars parking long term and oversized vehicles. Nice if there was a separate lot for those. Also, too many emails - perhaps one a week listing all available units. Thank you for asking.

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING RENTING HERE, READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW! I will say that the application process was good, my move went smoothly. I didnt have any real issues until a couple months in, and my issues didn't really have anything to do with the apartment itself, it was fine. The admin was nosey and in my business constantly. She watched who I had coming and going and sent me emails about having overnight guests. (not that its anyones business, but it was that same person, not like I was bringing tons of different people in and out) I honestly felt like that was a huge invasion of my privacy, and NONE of her business, and I told her that. After that, it just kind of seemed like she was on a power trip. They dont give me enough space to tell them all, but this is an important one, she tried to send me additional invoices for having a pet at the apartment when I had informed them when I applied, again when I came and signed my paperwork, and AGAIN on the day of move in that I had a service animal that would be living at the apartment with me. She told me each time it was no biggie they didn't need anything from me because the dog is a service animal, so there are no fees associated with it. I did INSIST at my move in that she took a copy of the dog's service registration, and she did, but obviously didn't put it in my file. I reminded her that I had informed them several times that I have a service dog, and she did drop it immediately. I, again, delivered new copies of my dogs service papers to the office. I reached out 3 months prior to my renewal and told her that I would not be renewing, and that I had found a new place. She asked me if I could move out before my lease because they had a waiting list. I was honestly happy to go, so I did. I left that apartment in IMMACULATE condition. I asked for the paint color and purchased it to touch up every single spot on the walls, and I had it professionally cleaned, including the carpets. My really good friend lived directly across the hall from me continued to live there after I moved and informed me that my apartment was occupied almost immediately after I moved out and that maintenance didn't spend any extended amount of time over there doing anything to prepare my apartment for the next tenant. Fast forward to MONTHS after I moved out, and I receive a bill for a MONTH of rent to pay up until the end of my lease and a "pet cleaning fee". I reached out immediately and disputed the charges, I felt like I should be getting my entire deposit back let alone being charged EXTRA? I reminded her that I was asked to leave a month prior to my lease because of the waiting list and that my pet was a service animal, so it is actually illegal to charge any fees relating to the animal, but I had already had the apartment professionally cleaned as a courtesy. Angie told me that I had signed a lease, so I was liable for that rent and said they had no record of the pet being a service animal. Again, I had given her documentation TWICE at this point, and we had discussed her being a service animal via email, so I had proof that they knew. She told me she would look into things, and I never heard back. I didn't follow up, which is my fault, but I figured they just dropped it. Now I haven't lived there for nearly a year and I was notified my credit score was impacted negatively 30 points, get on to see what the heck, and its a collection from here. It does appear that they have dropped the month of rent. I have email records that supports my side, and I honestly should hire a lawyer and fight it to put them in their place, I am CONFIDENT that I would win, but I am going to just pay the stupid bill and warn EVERYONE not to do business with them, PERIOD, but especially is Angie Corbett is still in their office, because I do believe that this is solely because I told her that who I had staying overnight at my apartment was my business, not hers.
