        My husband and I have been here for about a year now. This is our second home in Lincoln and is the BEST. The maintenance is quick and reliable. The office employees are also so kind! The rent is affordable! HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend.

        If I had a nickel for every time they complained to residents in an email about a problem, but then left us completely on our own. There is still snow that is causing problems in our parking lot 2 weeks after the snow began to fall. Then they emailed us to register our cars instead of cleaning snow.

        Cindy is super awesome! Answered all of our questions and helped us so much. We ended up going in a different direction but I recommend them so much just based on our interaction! Apartment complex seems so clean and well taken care of. Next to a convenience store too which would be a huge bonus. Prices were fair and pet friendly.
