The hospitality of the staff here is definitely not recognized enough! Ray from maintenance always has great moral and is happy to help with anything. He was quick to bring a cart out to help with groceries as he seen me struggling.. little things like this reciprocate and without a doubt make me feel at home.

I go to the Imperial Kitchen for great Chinese food. Then I walk down to Family Dollar to get some minor groceries.

Year and a half resident at this point. Grounds covered in trash bags, alcohol bottles, blowing micro trash. Elevator constantly dirty(walls, floors). Trash cans always full or overflowing. Trash cans themselves filthy. Sometimes vomit on or near trash cans. Mail room/elevator access room floor looks like someone dragged a slimy trash bag across it..been like this for about a week. Coffee machine always empty or broken (amenities not fulfilled), especially on Monday mornings. Pool heater underutilized or broken, pool always cold. Trash chute rooms always gross. Carpet stains in all hallways, micro-trash in building. Seems like cleaning crew has a weekly or bi-weekly flow through property, but it needs to be far more frequent. A-class pricing, not worth it. Maintenance staff enters units without 24-hour notice and with no emergency present. Secured parking gate has a tendency to break - no accommodations are ever made with reduced security.
