        The Wren is an absolute must when visiting Missoula! Also, look out for Ali - she is fantastic, so kind and welcoming! She makes you feel right at home, even if only staying for a night. This will be my go-to anytime I visit! Rooms: The rooms are clean, stocked with everything needed, and are super fun, modern, and unique! Nearby activities: The Wren is at the center of everything downtown. Easily walkable to all the best spots. Safety: Everything is very secure. Lobby doors lock after certain hours and hotel areas are only accessible via key card. Walkability: Less than a 10 minute walk to amazing food, shops, and parks! Noteworthy details: Super dog-friendly! And human-friendly too. Ali treated me and my pups like royalty!

        What can I say other than THANK YOU! My initial experience with this hotel warranted a 3/5 review. The front desk manager Katie responded and was determined to make it right. We booked again with her assistance, and were given generous accommodations. Her customer service and communication went above and beyond, leaving us highly satisfied and grateful. Everyone else on staff during our stay was also very friendly. The room was spotless, everything was perfect! Youve officially secured loyal customers, cant wait to stay again! OLD REVIEW PROS: - Cute and cozy woodsy decor. Comfortable bed - Exceptionally clean bathroom, impressive deep shower - Convenient downtown location CONS: - Underwhelming, small room for the price. Limited amenities (no coffee pot, mini fridge, microwave) - Dog hair on sheets and floor - No on site parking, availability for street parking is a gamble - Thin walls, dog next door barked well after quiet hours - Check in took 30-45 minutes longer than quoted, staff was indifferent. Given a pet room when requested otherwise

        Location couldn't be better in downtown Missoula. Rooms are very clean and the beds are insanely comfortable. Will definitely stay here again
