      image Milk that I put in my coffee curdled and the lady looking after breakfast couldn't have cared less. Recently stayed at a Holiday Inn in Lethbridge and the coffee cups weren't cardboard and neither were the plates and no plastic utensils. Maybe all Holiday Inn hotels should follow suit.
