Motel 6 Missoula, MT

Im a hotel snob and laughed at the thought of staying at this property. I had been on the road for 14 hours and was exhausted. I didnt want to pay 200.00 for a brief stay and paid 70.00 for the night It was safe, comfortable, very reasonably priced and clean. When I return home Im staying there again. Ill stop at this chain again instead of a full service Hilton or Marriott. Why? Because Motel 6 keeps the light on for me!

Great rooms, great prices. Easy access to the interstate and other amenities needed. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Not having a mini fridge was very inconvenient.

Walls are so thin we could hear EVERYTHING. Were beyond loud talking, slamming door, no cooth. Called front desk, no help not sure if it helped. This was at 11:30 - 12:00 at night and they were back at it at 6:30, extremely short night for us!!! Rooms: Thin walls, no peace and quiet, will never stay here again!!!!!!

The service and location were fine but I call the current model of Motel 6 the hard hotel. Everything is hard and unwelcoming. The chairs are made of hardened wood or material that is not dissimilar from a park bench. The mattress was too firm. The central air idea was not responsive to the thermostat. The bathroom fan was out of commission. No microwave or refrigerator. Id give up on the institutional, modern Scandinavian motif for something with a modicum of comfort. For $10 more, other motels dont make you feel like youre in summer camp.
