Friendly, easy and quick check in. The 24 hour hot tub was very nice! The hotel is clean, well maintained, and typical for Comfort Inn. The hotel is on a busy 4 lane road, so be ready for road noise.. Breakfast was hot and tasty. No complaints at this hotel. Rooms: I appreciate the heavy blanket/duvet bedding, not a thin sheet.

Excellent Spot I've been to a lot of places, this is a very nice one & my crash pad in Missoula. The beds are super comfy, everything is new & clean , quiet rooms and the breakfast is one of the best varieties ive seen. Waffles are great but i get tired of eating them everyday when traveling a lot. These guys seem to have a rotating bfast menu of good stuff. Loved the new heated toilet seats. One minor issue for the GM - at my recent visit I noted the forks & spoons in the bfast room were placed in the holders with the handle facing down (see photo). With this , each customer that reaches for a fork or spoon touches the exposed ends of the other utensils that other people place in their mouth. ... this is VERY unsanitary and just gross. I tried to mention this to an employee and received a very long winded (but polite) excuse about 'policies' instead of them recognizing this as a flaw and listening to the reasons. I have traveled to literally THOUSANDS of hotels and have professional food handling experience myself and I can tell you that this is neither common practice at choice properties nor sanitary , it is just not a good idea and a very good way to spread around germs I suggest you speak with your corporate office for guidance and feel free to tell them your diamond members are concerned about this unsafe and unsanitary practice at your property.
