Ordered a set of headphones with the store manager, he didnt look up my information or account and ordered them. I paid cash for the headphones and they never showed. went to the store 3-4 times supposedly they requested a refund said I would get an email or phone call didnt hear anything. called customer support 3 times was finally able to get through to someone helpful. She Said they didnt have my name, phone #, address, nothing. I probably never would never see my $250 if I didnt get through to someone over the phone that knew what she was doing. Got the same headphones cheaper at Target, dont use cash here, make sure they look up your information.

Cole was so helpful! I had tried to do everything online to purchase a new phone and when I came in just to return my old phone, he noticed the refund amount was pretty low. He brought this up to me and offered to look into it if I had time. It only took about 10 minutes and he found a way to help me save an extra $400! I wouldn't have known that was even an option had he not brought it to my attention! This is the kind of customer service that goes a long way with customers staying loyal to a company, thank you!
