I am a 23 year old women and I first went into this store by myself. I needed to upgrade my phone and Cameron was the one who helped me. He wanted to charge me $400 and my plan would have gone up $11 a month. If I switched my plan it would go up $3.50 a month or I could pay a down payment of $127. I decided to come back with my dad who is the account owner and guess what?? The person who helped me when I came back didnt charge me ANYTHING. Justin was AMAZING he was able to get me a free upgrade from my iPhone 11pro to a iPhone 15. But I cant help but think what I would have been told if my father wasnt with me? Im very disappointed with this store and the fact that they would allow one of their salesman to lie and up charge someone just to make commission. Im disappointed that Cameron wanted to make a quick buck off of a nave women. Luckily the second time I came in an honest person helped me.

Super long wait for something simple. The people working are unable to multi task and assist with a quick thing while waiting 30 minutes for new phones to update. The guy at the door was rude and unhelpful.

Would give zero but can't. Visited here 2/17/24. At 2pm. I was told by another store I needed the account manager to retrieve some papers. I got the account manager. Brought him here. The RUDE blond kid I talked to mocked me, made fun of me and was awful. He said among other things. " Well you brought in the manager, now bring in your lawyer ". And laughed in my face. Literally. This smart mouth thinks he's cute. I was low key embarrassed for him cuz he really thinks he's cute. He's just a jerk. Will be going elsewhere in the near future. I hope that rude little boy reads this. If he does. You are awful. Please get out of customer service. Noone deserves the way you act. Shame on this kid for making fun of customers who need help. What an AWFUL experience. Cannot stress awful enough.
