Beware of kiosks! These guys and the ones in Costco are SCAMS!! They lie and say whatever they need to get your money and then when problems arise, they have no solutions or customer service attitude! They commit elder abuse daily, swindling the elderly into plans that cost way more than what they disclose. BEWARE.

Engage at your own risk! This 'kiosk' operates like a scam den. The so-called 'staff,' mere third-party, non-AT&T tricksters, deviously pad your account with unrequested add-ons, like extra lines, without your knowledge. They advertise free phones but conveniently omit bill credit details and fail to provide accurate prices. Their sole concern is commission. Brace yourself for fabricated prices and misquotes! Avoid this treacherous pit and seek refuge at the genuine corporate AT&T store on 19th and oak for an honest, untainted encounter. Additionally, the manager gives off a creepy vibe, resembling Mr. Mime off of Pokemon. This place needs to sort itself out preferably, out of business, methinks.
