        Wasn't even my original agency for my policy, no clue how they took over but awful customer service, left voicemail on my phone threatening to cancel my policy earlier than I requested because I called to inquire about a final bill and they couldn't actually provide any answers. Will never do business with Lou fusz by choice and will advise anyone who will listen to do the same. Terrible agency.

        Worst insurance people I have ever had. Rates increased so I cancelled. Still have not gotten refund 15 days later but they tske it on s specific date. Cant get through to corporate because I keep getting rerouted back to Brandumb who has no idea what to do and talks over the customer..
