I'm an HOA trustee for some villas in West County. We've been relying upon O'Connor Insurance for our master policy for several years now. Elizabeth Schurwan is excellent to work with both from standpoint of her knowledge of the insurance business and finding the best solutions for our homeowners. I can't say enough positive things about how pleased we have been.

Katie King was awesome and made me aware of the risk that a driver runs when they have an accident on a policy that is less than 6 months old with a new company. It causes rates to jump up to triple and other insurance companies wont take you.

Messaged to get a quote. They called 4 days later. When I answered she -Katie- was rude and couldn't handle a frustrated person. She then proceeded to hang up on me. Called back one time, and she had the guy hang up on me as well before I even got to say anything. Wouldn't give them a chance if I were you.

I am so sorry you were having difficulty finding another agency to quote your auto after you were non-renewed - this is happening so frequently in these times, and I do understand how upsetting it can be. This is why our team is instructed to transfer such calls to management which Katie was attempting to do. Our employee who answered your second call was not able to hear you as there was noise in the background. Your initial inquiry went to a different employee who fell sick and when she returned, she passed it to Katie due to her backlog. We apologize for your inconvenience. These things do not happen often, and all three happened to you. We hope that you were able to secure coverage.
