Lynn is always detailed, thorough, and very kind! Insurance was always "a hassle" that I avoided, but Lynn is fantastic at breaking everything down and explaining the coverages making the experience less nerve-wracking. I always feel reassured and confident, knowing that me; my loved ones; our business and employees; as well as our personal possessions, business supplies, materials, and vehicles are all safely protected! When we had a friend move to another state and start his own business, Lynn even helped him find a respected and reputable agent in his area. She certainly didn't have to do that, but it speaks to the level of care she puts into each person, regardless if they are "her" customer or not. Now *that's* raising the bar!

Love this place its very neat ,clean and the staff are very friendly I've insurance with this Allstate for over a year when I have a question or issue Lynn and Brad take care of it immediately.
