My agent Bill Baker and his right arm Debbie are more like good neighbors than my agents. lol When I call and get a voicemail recording, I don't mind because I know that they are busy giving their undivided attention to someone else, just as they will for me when it's my turn. They take care of me as if I were a friend and not just a client.

I dont have insurace through this company but my neighbor does. My neighbor wrecked his vehicle so this company came out to inspect the vehicle. When they were finished and leaving they come to my driveway to turn around instead of the neighbors driveway. The neighbors driveway is just as convenient as mine. My driveway is not a public turnaround.
