CWE Apartments - The Chesterfield, The Waterman-Clara, The Embassy

Lived here for 3+ years! Awesome location, nice amenities of pool, dog park, gym. I will say it was a bit of a mess the past year when the building was sold to Unified Residential. BUT, Once they hired Chris the place got back up on its feet! Chris takes good care of the residents here and we had no issues with chargers one he became a part of management. Hes always present in the office and available to help. This guy deserves a raise to say the least! we wouldve stayed now that hes manager, but moved due to having a child and needing a new location!

Worst place to stay. Very unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend this place if rent was $1 for the entire year. My first review was deleted. Management was trash and overall the entire building was trash.

I was there in hopes of renting, sitting in the office when a lady with red hair walked in with a body language that should have not been appropriate. I waa told by a resident that she was the assistant manager. She didn't speak to the residents or even potential resident. It was bot welcoming at all.

Ive lived here for going on four years and have loved it, I love the areaz however, Management changed a year ago to Unified Residential, and its been honestly the worst year of living here. The gate for parking is never closed because they are waiting for a quote to fix it (on and off 5 months, cars broken into, tags stolen) The elevator is broken leaving only the service elevator for 8 floors to use because they are waiting for a quote to fix it (9 months, constantly breaks, fire department here every other week sometimes twice a week to fix) The managements solution to fix stolen packages is to hold them in the office which is only open 9-5, so God forbid you also have a job you cant get your packages. Property manager has changed two (three?) times since new management, and if you call the Unified Residential company they dont know who the property manager is either and constantly give you the run around about people giving you a call back, surprisingly a different person every time - Anna? kinleigh? Tracey? Patricia? Its so frustrating to get any sort of reply - down to even asking to sign a new lease. Do you even want my money? And what exactly are you even doing with it? Because its not being used to fix the issues. Honestly just so frustrated. Dont live here if you can
