The management and administration of this building is impeccable. The cleaning service is noteworthy as well as the maintenance and organization. The recycling and garbage room is organized to perfection. Great staff. Congratulations.

Water and HVAC maintenance lasted months and led to multiple outages during the winter. On top of internet outages in the area.

DO NOT RENT HERE! STAY FAR AWAY! The audacity and greed of this place could be studied by scholars generations from now. The audacity you have to have to up rent prices when there are CONSTANT HVAC and AC/Heating issues is outright insane, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S SO BAD THAT YOU HAVE TENANTS ON THE NEWS TALKING ABOUT IT! Are you kidding me? It's dirty, something is ALWAYS broken down or in the process of being so, especially the God forsaken elevators and it's obvious from all of the recent reviews that the people who run this place are greedy scum goblins who only care about wringing money out of you like a rag any chance they can. Do not stay here, take your money elsewhere so that maybe you can live in a place that actually takes care of its tenants.

THIS IS A SMOKE-FILLED NON-SMOKING BUILDING First off on their website it says theres a pool, knowing darn well there isnt AND there are signs telling people not to get in or play in the water. Great job LYING to people. My experience with Arcade Apartments wasnt the best. I moved here from KCMO & signed my lease in the middle of February. The applying process was smooth and getting approved was fast and simple. Everyone was nice and took care of everything before i moved to St. Louis. Upon arriving I was told that my apartment wasnt ready and i was asked if i could come back the next day (which i couldnt because this was the only day i had to move and i had work the next day, also keep in mind i just drove almost 4hrs to get there). Then they tell me everythings cool & lets start signing the lease. While signing the lease i notice the unit number isnt the same number they told me over the phone. They then tell me the originally unit number isnt available because the woman decided not to move out (why advertise something that wasnt available?) They gave me a tour of the newly assigned unit and it was decent. I took it because i had no choice. Moving forward to about 3 months before move out i notice that my move out date is the end of January and not the middle of February when I signed my lease. That is when I was told about it being something with HUD and they cant change it. Okay fine. Lets move forward to a month before move out. I decided I didnt want to pay for parking anymore so i let the appropriate parties know. And if i had known they were going to make it hell to get out of garage parking i wouldve never agreed to it. My move out experience wasnt great. The leasing office changed people so much it was confusing on who was staff and who wasnt. The only professional people in that office are Kandyce & the white guy that sits at the front. This company is very much a if you dont ask we wont tell type of company & thats bad for business. Definitely will never rent with Dominium again and will tell all my friends and family to STAY AWAY!!
