        Thanks Chad For Letting Me Experience The Difference. I Have No Complaints. The Work Orders I Put In ,Was Handled With In 24 Hrs & Sometimes Quicker Than That & Then The Property Manager (Chad) Would Follow Up With A Phone Call To Make Sure It Was Done. The Up Keep Of The Outside Is Neat & Trash Free & My Town House Is Literally Around 30 Feet From The Dumpsters, That Says Alot. I Will Definitely Be Here For Awhile.

        Just had a tour with Chad looked at a 3 bedroom. He was very pleasant and nice. Seems down to earth and takes good care of his residents. Would be looking forward to living here.

        Great customer service! Beautiful property. I wanted to view an apartment and Chad stayed late for me to check it out. I was very impressed with the large bedrooms and walk in closets.
