image After I moved out, they tried to ruin my credit for absolutely no reason. I was all paid up and they actually owed me my deposit, but instead they claimed i owed them over $500 dollars. Not once did they mail me anything, try to call, or even email me. Its been over a year since I moved out and I just recieved a collection affecting my credit that I had no knowledge of let alone actually owe them. This leasing company is the worst, DO NOT GIVE THEM MOMEY.

image I visit the office frequently and Teyesha and Brianna in the office always make sure t take care of me and my wife. And the new maintenance staff have really done a good job taking care of our workorders. We have been through a lot of changes in staff and we hope they are here to stay.

image In my short time residing here in Victorian Village Ive had absolutely no problems. Its a quiet and clean environment & makes your home feel like a safe-place. Management is very competent and understanding. They do a great job reassuring anything regarding your concerns such as rent, maintenance, mail, etc all you have to do is COMMUNICATE & ASK QUESTIONS. Nothing is perfect, you get what you sign up for people should know this already. Thank you guys in the front office for all the hard work you do its a headache dealing with so many people everyday.

image Dont even try to put an application in with them. The assistant isnt trained enough to tell you when money is due. The property manager will curse you out and then call you after hours to tell you the townhome you rented is gone. Im calling the BBB on them. Dont trust that office at all if you need somewhere to live

image I was a tenant here I moved in March of 2023 I wish I never did because it was hell from day one . A lady name Janet was who did my application what I didnt like about her n the manager is they some fast talkers and thats red flag one but I ignored it two they very unprofessional and rude. They used to mess up my rent balance so much it upsetting me I was furious!!! It took everything out of me as time go by we stayed by a lady who called them on me for no dang reason lady kept picking with me I never seen someone so worried about me and dont even pay my bills ! The leasing office would of course call me like its true about all these false accusations she was telling them so one day I lost my coo because they kept saying I owe a late fee when I always paid on time !!! Nothing makes me more upset when it comes to my bills and tyehsia alway had an attitude about nothing it was so uncalled for like seriously!!! Maintenance was so lazy they get paid to do a walk through half of them old man aint worth an application they also uneducated with not very much experience on the basic . Smoke detectors kept going off after they replaced with some old cheap batteries they have a lot of domestic violence and stolen cars parked I was tired of seeing that so they started putting out cameras . Ppl would throw trash everywhere but the dang dumpster I was sick of that kids all on my car !!! And not monitoring they kids under 18 is crazy although they sent varies emails about that ppl dont listen nor respect them anyways pool was never open they was so lazy didnt keep it cleaned that was crazy to spend all that money just for her to say I had to get carpet cleaned when clearly its normal wear and tear no damage always take pictures before u move in and notice when u moving out due to she found a reason to keep my money because I moved out a month before my lease expired because I couldnt do them anymore! I was fed up how I was not treated like I didnt spend 1069 a month I hate they use the same meter I disliked that I was overpaid for all extra stuff that had not thing to do with me ! I lost my coo so many times because they tried to play with my money when it came to rent they cant ever say I was late but my tolerance was very low because I let so much built up ! Im here to say its not worth it they done took ppl money is why a lot of people balance was all high Janet used a fake pay stub for her to tenant account thats currently there but all that is going to get result really soon !!! I believe in faith but I lost it here they did so much they half fixed everything water bill was high because toilet was making noise all day long mold inside they need to be replaced! They too cheap to update these apartment buildings some aint worth the money or the hassle!!! I was unhappy my child couldnt play outside I had to take him places to run free because they have nothing for the kids hell they wasnt always kid friendly barley pet friendly just know its 2024 do not give them your money read the lease they made it small so u wouldnt pay attention in it i and highly recommend going elsewhere they overpriced and they dont treat you right they dont do anything to give you and your family reassurance
