Grove Properties

I absolutely love living at Grove Properties on in The Grove. The historic building has so much character, and my apartment is spacious with charming details. Additionally, the apartment was extremely clean before I moved in, which was a huge plus! The location is unbeatable I can walk to so many great restaurants and shops. What really stands out is the management team. They're friendly, responsive, and truly care about making this a great place to live. I had a small maintenance issue early on, and they had it fixed within a day! I highly recommend Grove Properties if you're looking for a unique and well-managed apartment in a vibrant St. Louis neighborhood.

I recently moved into a 2nd floor apartment in a duplex unit, and I have really enjoyed living here so far. I receive prompt responses on any concerns. Everything is well maintained. The neighborhood is great and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars in the city. It is also walkable and biking distance from the WashU medical campus and Forest Park. Overall I am really happy living here!

I really have been impressed by Grove Properties. A very personal experience. Maintenance is always great and responds quickly. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a place in St. Louis

I rented from Grove Properties for a year and a half and I highly recommend renting from them. Brendan was always helpful and accommodating. Their maintenance team is very responsive and handled any requests we had in a timely, professional manner. The online portal they use for making rent payments and submitting maintenance requests is very efficient and convenient. Renting and moving can be stressful, but I felt like Brendan went above and beyond to make sure our move in was as easy as could be. Thank you Grove Properties!
