image I have been staying here for a little over a year. The parking spot that i paid for has been stolen by an unknown car that is not a resident here more than 6 times. The apartment was supposed to be "Luxury" but in my opinion i think they are overclaimed this! I have to cross the road to walk my puppy because dog waste (poop) is everywhere in front of the building from the irresponsible people. The walls are so thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from the street, hall way, and up & down stair neighbors. Overall, the only 2 stars i would give to this place are because of the location and the manager here is willing to help even though it took them longer than expected to solve the continuously stolen parking spot issues.

image The water in the bathroom is flaky and not clean. The taps are too noisy, and for the rent which I pay, the washer and dryer are small and could not be enough for 3 persons. Apart from that the outer walls are thin so we could hear outside noise! The management is good and Tayler is very welcoming. So, the maintenance team is quick and efficient. Overall a decent stay here but with the above caveats.
