Dont believe the reviews. I absolutely love it here. Its super quiet, in the good part of Maplewood. Now, its not Luxury over here, but its a cool lil 1 bedroom. Joann and Anthony are beyond amazing. People will say anything in the reviews if they dont get their way.

Just dont even waste your time, if i could give zero stars i would! i lived here for about 2 years and honestly it was the worst mistake of my life. please do not be fooled by the cheap rent because these apartments are the definition of you get what you pay for! there isnt an elevator so good luck moving furniture if your unit is on the 3rd floor. these apartments are infested with roaches.. GIANT roaches at that....they were constantly coming in my apartment crawling from underneath the floor boards from other apartments, theres always spiders crawling out of the drains, there are racist white men who will harass young black girls in the complex and lie to management that he is being taunted, the black maintenance guy is always peeping in windows and snooping around which is very inappropriate, they spend a lot of money on the upkeep of the grass and the flowers in the spring/summer but yet management doesn't care about the conditions the tenants are living in. these apartments are not updated & the walls are paper thin, the water was also always freezing cold on the weekends. the laundry rooms are far away depending on where your unit is located and there are only a few machines available to use. there are always stray cats roaming around so the stairs because some tenants like to feed them so the sidewalks always smell of urine and there may be a few cats outside your door in the morning. you can also smell cigarettes walking through the complex and anything that your neighbor cooks you will be able to smell it in your room. the parking lot is very small and your car will get hit every other day, some nights you may not even find a parking spot in front of the building or on the lot so you will have to park around the corner and walk about 3 mins.. my apartment was not cleaned or painted before i moved in and there was smoke damage to the walls. just dont move here trust me you will regret it!

I live there for a year it was cool until I had sign for my second lease everything went down hill it smelled like pee every where , I tend see spider and bugs comin in from outside, water was always cold , second thing too maintenance man is very weird and also spys on people, before I was put out my apartment there was a so called leak in the the apartment under me and came in my apartment and violated my space snooping around my apartment when he was suppose to fixing wat he was supposed to be fixing, at the time I was there my girlfriend got pregnant and he has been stalking my girlfriend every morning during her pregnancy when she gave birth they put us out and management has put to many occupants in the house and to many noise complaints on my record I never received nothing about being to loud and never broke my lease , I advise you not to rent there apartments out cause they also told me a lie about rent and had me paying 645 for rent which I shouldve been paying 635 which the the people above management told me. I ADVISE DONT RENT !!!!

My cousin lived here. It may be cheap & in a good location but trust me it is not a good idea to live here. The maintenance staff are nosy her windows were open and the guy with the straw hat kept looking inside. Last summer out of town friends were visiting and she had a notice on her door saying she was in violation of the lease. So basically you can't have company stay the week from out of town or even friends stay the night or come over daily because if they see them regularly they assume that they live there even if they don't! Then the leasing office told her she could have animals but once she signed her lease the lady told her she couldn't have animals so she had to get rid of her beloved cat because she done signed her lease. I'm glad she left this place even if she lives in a dangerous neighborhood now it's better than this place so that says a lot!!!
